By using this simple method, you are training your mind to accept the sleep state more readily and easier each time you do this. It has also been shown that people who sleep better also have better control over their weight. If they are fit they remain fit, and if they are overweight and are looking to lose weight, they have an easier time doing it. Hypnosis can also be used for losing weight as you probably know.
